I have been where you are.
You’re tired of being tired all the time. You’re tired of yo-yo dieting, trying the new things everyone swears will work, only to find that it’s not sustainable. It just doesn’t fit your life.
Your body aches, your clothes are uncomfortable, and you aren’t able to do as much as you would like to do because you keep running out of energy. To top it all off, you worry that being concerned about your weight and appearance makes you vain, or somehow selfish. As a Christian, aren’t you supposed to be concerned with more important things? More holy things?
Does our weight really matter to God and the way we fit into His plan?
No longer hiding from the camera.
No longer feeling afraid to move or to say yes to opportunities to serve or enjoy your family.
No longer feeling like a slave in your body.
No longer feeling like a failure.
